Patti Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Patti platform at patti.vu — whether through a web browser, the Patti mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access it.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence unless stated otherwise.

Patti reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Patti, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Patti is an entertainment platform for adults only. Anyone found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned where verifiable.
• You must be the person you claim to be. Creating an account using someone else's identity, name, or payment details is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold another active Patti account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Patti or its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Your Account

When you register with Patti, you create a personal account that gives you access to the full range of platform features including casino games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and bingo rooms. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your real name, mobile number, and any other details requested.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, notify Patti support immediately.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must keep your account details current. If your mobile number, email address, or payment information changes, update it through the account settings section promptly.

Patti may request identity verification documents at any stage. This is a standard procedure to protect players and maintain platform integrity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Deposits and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on Patti are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions and no foreign exchange fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account balance.

Patti supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — transfers credited as soon as the transaction confirms
• Easypaisa — one of the most widely used mobile wallets in Pakistan, supported natively
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via the national payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard accepted
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment options as listed in the cashier section

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed clearly in the cashier section at the time of the transaction. Patti does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR. The amount you request is the amount sent to your wallet or bank account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement in most cases.
• If your account has an active bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a short timeframe. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Patti reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests as part of routine fraud prevention procedures.

Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in your own name and matching the identity documents on file for your account. Requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Patti runs various promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free plays, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL cricket or major football tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be clearly communicated when the offer is presented.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued as bonus credit, not withdrawable cash, until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Wagering requirements indicate how many times a bonus amount must be played through before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated in its terms.
• Bonus credit and real money credit are tracked separately. Real money is used first when placing bets.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states that it can be combined.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be moved to another account.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
• Patti reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

07 Games and Betting Rules

Patti offers casino slots, live casino table games, sports betting including cricket and PSL markets, and bingo rooms. Each game category operates under its own set of rules which are accessible from within the game or betting section.

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) where applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of any external factors.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios. Their game rules apply in addition to Patti's general terms.
• Sports betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral cricket series, football, and esports — are governed by the betting rules displayed in the Betting section of the platform.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting event, Patti will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, stakes will typically be returned to your balance.
• Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Tickets purchased for a specific room and session are non-refundable once the game has started.
• Patti reserves the right to void bets or game outcomes where there is evidence of technical error, data feed error, or any other fault that affected the integrity of the result.

All game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the system. If you believe a result has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of the event with the relevant details.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Patti platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being permanently banned from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to defraud Patti or other players through any means, including collusion, use of automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately. Exploitation for financial gain will result in account closure.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal activity.
• Interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Depositing funds from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated accounts, fake identities, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

09 Responsible Gaming

Patti is committed to providing an enjoyable entertainment experience for adult players who choose to engage with the platform within their means. We provide tools to help players stay in control of their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you after a set amount of time spent on the platform in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting support. During an exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Patti platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of Patti or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
• The Patti name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Third-party game content displayed on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers.

11 Limitation of Liability

Patti provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and consistent experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be entirely free of errors at all times.

• Patti is not liable for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Patti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount held in your account at the time of the relevant event.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By using the platform, you accept that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. Patti does not guarantee winnings or outcomes on any game, bet, or promotional offer.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your Patti account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

Patti reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or unverifiable identity information.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant. We will attempt to contact you before taking any action on a dormant account.
• At Patti's discretion, where continued operation of an account is deemed contrary to the platform's integrity or other players' interests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Patti reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, remaining funds will be returned through the appropriate channel.

13 Changes to These Terms

Patti may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in platform features, payment options, legal requirements, or operational policies. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through at least one of the following methods:

• An in-platform notification displayed when you next log in.
• A message to the mobile number or email address associated with your account.
• An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any change has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
